What is Zyouri’s Shipping Policy?

Every Zyouri order is packed with intention and dispatched within 2 business days of purchase. Delivery typically takes 5–7 days, depending on your location.

To make sure your order reaches you without a hitch:

  • Provide a complete address – house number, floor, street name, locality, and a nearby landmark.
  • Double-check your city, state, and PIN code. A wrong digit can reroute an order entirely.
  • Enter a mobile number that is reachable. We may need to reach out to you for delivery queries.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, ensure someone is available at the address with exact change. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, do not accept it – write to us immediately at hello@zyouri.in.

Free shipping on all orders above ₹599. A flat fee of ₹80 applies to orders below that. Each order ships to one address only – for multiple destinations, place separate orders.

How are Zyouri orders delivered?

We dispatch through reliable courier partners – Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, Shadowfax, and Ecom Express.

Does Zyouri deliver outside India?

Not yet. We currently deliver within India only. International shipping is something we are working towards – stay close.

Cancellation & Modifications

What is Zyouri’s Cancellation Policy?

We process orders quickly. You may cancel as long as the order has not been packed at our warehouse. Once it is in transit, cancellation is not possible.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

On rare occasions, we may need to cancel an order on our end – due to stock limitations, pricing discrepancies, or payment verification flags. If this happens, any amount charged will be reversed in full.

Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, as long as the order has not been packed. Write to hello@zyouri.in with your order number and the updated address.

How do I cancel my order?

Email hello@zyouri.in with your order number. We will handle the rest.

When will I receive my refund after cancellation?

For Cash on Delivery orders, no refund applies, as no payment was collected. For all other payment methods – Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet – the refund will be processed to the source account within 7–10 days from the date of cancellation.

Payment

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Mobile Wallets, and Cash on Delivery. We do not accept Cheque or Demand Draft.
