We understand that pieces can feel different in person than they looked on screen. We offer a straightforward return policy.
How to Initiate a Return
Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery at Zyouri Contact Page. Include your order number, images of the label and the product received, and your reason for return. We will review and confirm your return, then guide you through the next steps.
(A) Cash on Delivery Orders
- Store credits will be issued. Refunds cannot be transferred to any other payment method.
- Once we receive your return, you will get a confirmation email, and your store credit will be applied.
(B) Online Pre-Paid Orders
- We will process a refund to your original payment source within 4-6 business days of receiving the returned item (with original labels and tags intact), excluding the delivery fee.
- Card payments are refunded to the same card. UPI payments are returned to the same UPI source.
- You will receive a confirmation email once we have the parcel.
- Do not share any OTP with the pickup partner until the item has been officially handed over.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Applicable refund amounts are calculated after deducting any discounts applied at purchase. Gift sets and combo boxes cannot be returned.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are not available at the moment. If you would prefer a different piece, initiate a return and place a fresh order. A coupon code will be shared with you once your return is approved.
